Adele Ravenscroft co-founded Millcroft Wealth Management Ltd in 2012 alongside Paul Mills with whom she had worked over a number of years.

Adele's introduction into financial services began in 2000 where she worked for a small independent IFA practice and commenced her studies to attain qualified status. Her career progressed and saw her move to a start-up independent IFA practice where she gained a wealth of knowledge by assisting the owner in establishing his business whilst continuing her studies. Her final career move before establishing MWM saw her join one of the world's largest accountancy practices where she was employed in their financial advisory arm. Adele has brought this breadth of knowledge and experience into the MWM proposition.

Adele specialises in providing independent and tailored advice to individuals, families and Trustees and on occasions also acts as a professional Trustee. Adele takes great pride in building long term client rapport which is evidenced by MWM's client following and retention, which she believes is not only down to the quality of the advice provided but the personalisation of each client relationship.

During her time in the sector she has also developed a wide network of professional contacts and can therefore confidently cross refer where expertise is required outside her remit.

Adele has an Honours degree in Economics, is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Personal Finance Society and the Institute of Financial Planning. Adele is also one of only a few advisers who are both Certified and Chartered Financial Planners which highlights her dedication to her chosen profession.

Paul Mills co-founded Millcroft Wealth Management Ltd in 2012 alongside Adele Ravenscroft with whom he had worked over a number of years.

Paul began his journey in the financial services industry in 1988 working for one of the mainstream financial institutions in their financial advisory arm. Paul's career took him overseas to Malaysia for a period before his return to the UK where he was employed by one of the big four accountancy practices as a financial adviser. Paul progressed to a further large accountancy practice where he led the Manchester investment management practice and it was during this time that he gained valuable experience of running a team of employees, ensuring the practice met their targets whilst continuing to provide high quality independent financial advice to his clients. It was also during this time that he began working alongside Adele and the idea of MWM was formed.

Paul has a wide range of knowledge and experience of financial planning issues, which he uses to the advantage of his clients. In particular Paul is highly qualified in the pension's arena, specialising in defined benefit schemes and his expertise has been used by many lawyers for pension planning in divorce cases. This has resulted in Paul having many professional connections in the financial and legal fields in Manchester.

Paul is a Certified and Chartered Financial Planner and is a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute. He has also qualified as an Associate of the Institute of Financial Planning and the Pensions Management Institute and is Resolution accredited to advise on pensions in divorce.
